What people ask
Is my voice recorded?
We don't keep audio recordings. Your voice is streamed in real time so Buddy can answer. A text transcript of the conversation is saved, and you can read it in your history. Details are in the privacy policy.
Which languages does it speak?
Most major world languages, including English, German, Italian, Spanish, Serbian, Croatian, Ukrainian and Russian. It detects your language on its own, and you can also tell it which one to use.
Is this a therapist or an advisor?
No. Buddy is a friend for chatting, fun and company. For health, legal or financial decisions, talk to a professional.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Buddy Talk → Cancel. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
When is the iPhone version coming?
We're working on it. Once it's in the App Store, the button at the top of this page will start working.
